WordCamp Bharatpur needed a cohesive identity across event announcements, social media, and speaker communication assets.
WordCamp Bharatpur is a local WordPress community conference — a day of talks, networking, and knowledge sharing for developers, designers, and site owners in the Chitwan region. The visual system had to work across the event website, social announcements, speaker decks, and on-site signage.
Designer requirements
The event had fragmented visuals and limited design bandwidth. We needed a reusable, quick-to-ship design system for consistency and speed.
The organizing team had limited design bandwidth and tight timelines. I needed to deliver reusable tokens, components, and templates so volunteers could produce consistent assets without starting from scratch each time.
